NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED VILLAGE of CHASE OCP AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 874-2019

The Village of Chase Council will be holding a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 464 of the Local Government Act, to consider amendments to the Village of Chase Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 635 for the following property(s):

(130 Aylmer Road)

The Council will consider implementing a land use designation on the ‘subject property’ as ‘Combination Light Industrial/Service Commercial’.

A copy of the proposed bylaw is attached, and a copy is available for inspection at Village Office, 826 Okanagan Avenue, Chase B.C. during regular working days between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM until August 20th, 2019

If you feel your property may somehow be affected by the proposed amendment and you wish to address Village Council on any matters pertaining to this bylaw, please attend the Public Hearing at Village Office on:

Tuesday, August 20th, 2019 at 4:00 pm

Your comments/concerns may also be presented in writing, in advance of the meeting by addressing them to the undersigned, or at the Public Hearing in person, by petition or by attorney. We would appreciate receiving written comments by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 to allow for the timely processing and evaluation of the submitted comments.
