Level 3 Watering Restrictions Now in Place

LEVEL 3 – WATERING RESTRICTIONS

As of Wednesday, September 13, 2023, watering restrictions are reinstated

to Level 3 (Village of Chase Bylaw No. 718-2010)

 LEVEL 3

1. a) Between May 15 and September 30 annually, domestic users of both automated and non-automated irrigation systems within the Village of Chase shall only water on the following basis:
2. i) Properties with odd numbered addresses shall water only on Thursday;
3. ii) Properties with even numbered addresses shall water only on Wednesday.
4. b) While watering restrictions are in effect, there shall be no sprinkling or irrigating of lawns, gardens or fields between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
5. c) Hand watering of flower and vegetable gardens is permitted at any time.
6. d) Vehicle and boat washing are not permitted
7. e) Driveway and parking lot washing is not permitted.
8. f) Operation of fountain or pond only allowed if it uses recirculated water.
9. g) Refilling of pools permitted once per week during sprinkler times.
