Chase is the western gateway to the recreational splendor of the Shuswap Region. We are located on the shores of Little Shuswap Lake in the mountainous eastern region of the South Thompson River Valley. Mount Scatchard and Mount Boysee dominate the southern horizon, while the northern side of the valley is defined by the Shuswap Highlands that rise to 1,830 meters.

Chase is home to one of the few public beach areas in the Shuswap Region for summer recreation activities. In the winter it is only a 90 minute drive to the fabulous Sun Peaks Ski Resort on Tod Mountain or the Silver Star Resort near Vernon. Local cross-country ski trails exist only minutes from Chase. Other winter recreation opportunities include snowmobiling and visiting our Ice Arena.
The favourable climate and convenient location make Chase the right choice for a wide variety of special interests. The price of land and housing makes Chase an affordable choice for commercial and residential real estate purchases. The Trans Canada highway improvement are well underway which will make Kamloops a very comfortable commute.
