Please note that Chase Fire Rescue, Adams Lake Fire Department, and Little Shuswap Fire Department will be conducting a water shuttle operation this Sunday, May 28th, 2023, starting at 1000h. We will be using the fire hydrant at the intersections of VLA/Aylmer/3rd Ave. All three fire trucks will be shuttling water from that fire hydrant to 5973 VLA Road (Pete Murray Corn Farm). This training process will last approximately four (4) hours. All fire trucks will have their emergency lights on for safety. Please avoid the area if you can. This training exercise is the first for our fire departments. The information gathered from this exercise will be insurmountable in pre-fire planning and response operations for possible future events.
