The Village of Chase’s Emergency Alert System, called Voyent Alert! allows residents to use an App or sign up online to receive text, email, and phone alerts.
If you haven’t already, please make sure you sign up for the system. You can download the “Voyent Alert!” app from the Apple App Store or GooglePlay or register for Voyent Alert! online.
How to Register:
- Mobile App Users: Download and install the Voyent Alert! app from the Apple App Store or GooglePlay app stores.
- Email, Phone or Text Message Users: Click here to register online to receive email, phone or text-based alerts.
- Landline Phone Users without internet access can call the Village office at (250) 679 3238 (between 9 am and 4 pm) to request to receive alerts via landline phone.
Registration for the service is FREE, simple and totally anonymous. For more information you can check out the FAQ and the Voyent Alert! Privacy Policy.
To unsubscribe, please visit Voyent Alert! (voyent-alert.com) and enter your phone number or email address and follow the verification process. Click on the menu options icon (three horizontal bars) located in the top left corner of the screen and select ‘My Profile’. Once in ‘My Profile’ select unsubscribe. App users can also follow this process to unsubscribe. This will unregister you from the system and you will no longer receive alerts or notifications. For individuals who have signed up to receive voice calls, please call the Village office at (250) 679 3238 during office hours to unsubscribe.
