Please note that you can pay your property taxes and utilities using online banking services through your financial institution by setting the Village of Chase as a payee.
When paying through online banking be careful when choosing whether you want the funds applied to your Property Tax account or your Utility account. We will ONLY apply the funds to the account you specify.
For Property tax payments, you will require your 11-digit roll number (this is your account number starting with 512) located on the top right-hand area of the property tax notice, with no spaces or punctuation.
For Utility bill payments, you will need your full account number (13 digits) which starts with “000” and can be found on the top left-hand area of the bill just under the Village address with no spaces or punctuation.
